Sri Maha Meru Temple

This beautiful temple of Sri Bhuvaneshwari Mata along with Maha Meru was conceived, conceptualised, constructed for the welfare of humanity, under the care, guidance and supervision of Lord Anjaneya’s beloved devotee, Sri Swami Venkateshji and made possible due to his resolute determination and the blessings of the Divine Mother.

The temple is built entirely of stone. Unlike other temples, this temple hosts MahaMeru as the apex (Vimana Shikhara) on top of the sanctum sanctorum (Garbhalayam). Maha Meru is the 3-dimensional depiction of the Sri Chakra (Sri Yantra). The fact that the Vimana Shikharam of the temple itself is designed as a 3D version of the Sri Chakra makes this temple unique.

The Temple complex houses several exquisitely sculpted stone deities, which one might only normally find in an ancient temple. Among over 25 deities that have been handcrafted and installed as per Vedic tradition in the temple, is an exquisitely artistic and intricately crafted single stone idol of Lord Hanumanji stands at 32 feet height, weighing 272 tonnes, Sri Anantha Padmanabha Swamy in Yoganidra, a single piece of stone, 19 feet length and 8 feet width replicated on the lines of the original in Kerala and 12 feet high salagram idol Lord BalajiMore…

Quote From

Swamiji

Swamy Venkateshji: "To offer anything to God is nothing but a boon acquired from good deeds done in previous births. Only God can bestow such a good fortune upon us. For which, He must first consider us worthy to accept our offering. For Him to consider us worthy, we should have unflinching devotion and faith. When we have boundless devotion and faith, God Himself will seek and accept our offering."
